Hygiene: Please come with clean hands and feet. (I do NOT work on damaged or infected nails of any kind.) Refunds: If you are unhappy with your service or you need to come in for a fix, if you contacted me within 2 days. I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, i do not offer refunds. If you lose an enhancement, notice chips or lifting within 2 days of your original service, please call me to schedule a free repair. You MUST notify me and return within the 2 days, otherwise a repair fee will be charged. Late arrival or no shows: I encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow plenty of time to park and check-in. Appointments will be held for 10 minutes, after this grace period I consider this as a "NO SHOW" and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service and may require a reduced appointment time at the full-service price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. NailsByZell has a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
